Fork 2 Gut

Fork2Gut was born out of an innate desire to share my learnings with the world… Learnings I acquired trying to figure my way around certain extraordinary circumstances that eventually helped shape my life. I began researching about health and holistic living in September 2009 when my mother was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. What started as an attempt to help her recuperate from her disease quickly transformed into a burning passion for unraveling the miracle that is the human body. In the spring of 2023 I became inspired to share my insights with the world one video at a time.
