Apply to newly published jobs and share your public profile with companies. Published profiles appear in search with your availability and working preferences. Send tailored proposals to employers who opt in.

Discuss the project in private messages and follow your application status. Offer real consultation slots, reserve a session and share placement stories when both parties consent. Agree on freelance payment arrangements directly.
