Overview
This notice describes the data currently used by PixelJobs, including registered member activity and the separately labelled historical catalog.
Data we collect
Account data (email, display name, role), job and application content you create, and in-app messages. Passwords are stored as hashes only.
Public profiles
Registered members can edit or unpublish their own profiles. The historical catalog contains retained professional profiles, portfolio videos, company/channel associations and source reviews. Historical entries are not registered accounts and do not establish current availability or verified authorship. Private contact lists are kept in operator-only routing storage, separate from the public catalog. Members and visitors cannot retrieve recipient email addresses. Embedded email addresses are withheld in public content and conversations.
Cookies
The app uses a session cookie for authentication. Images load from their original remote hosts, and opening a video preview loads a YouTube privacy-enhanced embed. Those providers receive network requests and have their own data practices.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Public profiles, published jobs and approved community posts are visible to visitors; messages and account details are private. Contact forms resolve recipients on the server and send from PixelJobs; participant email addresses are not shared in message bodies, reply headers or account exports. Replies use private site forms, with expiring single-use links for emailed contacts. When enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and email is delivered by the configured email provider.
Your controls
Registered members can edit or unpublish their profile, change their password, export their account data and request account deletion in settings. Historical profile ownership, corrections and removal requests require a separate review by the site administrator; a historical listing does not grant account access.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date of the latest version.
