Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Steven Kotler—New York Times bestselling author, three-time Pulitzer Prize nominee, and pioneer in applied performance neuroscience. Steven has flown a MiG-17 into unconsciousness, been dropped 150 feet into a circus net, and broken more than 80 bones—all in pursuit of decoding human potential. He's the founder of the Flow Research Collective (Forbes called it one of the fastest-growing companies in America) and author of 15 books, including Stealing Fire, The Rise of Superman, and The Art of Impossible—translated into 80+ languages and considered foundational texts in performance science. His peer-reviewed research and research-backed training has transformed performance across 156 countries and 28 industries—from Navy SEALs and Olympic athletes to leaders at Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
