Sanctuary with Alice

Yoga is a sanctuary. A place to come home to yourself. If you feel stiff, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, you're in the right place. I'm Alice. For 15 years, I've helped beginners, returning practitioners, and people recovering from injury reconnect with their bodies through accessible yoga. Here you'll: 🌿 Release tension and stiffness 🤸 Improve flexibility and mobility 💪 Build strength and stability 🧘 Improve alignment and body awareness 🌬️ Slow down and feel more grounded ☀️ Find accessible practices for everyday life You'll also find explorations of tantra, connection, and energy. You don't need to be flexible or know the poses. Come as you are. Move. Breathe. Return to yourself. 📧 Private lessons & retreat inquiries. [email withheld — use the contact form]
