About
Welcome to my channel, I'm an IFBB Pro, coach and educator. You'll find how I train, eat, stay healthy along with some vlogs along the way. I also cover exercise tutorials to help your training. I'm currently on prep for my Open debut which will be documented through the 'It Takes What It Takes Series'. You'll also find a series dedicated to just training with my training partner and best friend Pazi Fitness who's won shows in both Classic Physique and Open in the NPC. I also share tips and tricks from my coaching experience, show my clients' progress, and provide insights on competitions. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, there's something here for you. The mission of this channel is to help you learn, grow and stay motivated whether you compete or not. Living with the mantra ' It Takes What It Takes'. Thank you for your support!
