I’ve spent 31 years in estate agency, building businesses, developing people and learning from plenty of wins, mistakes and difficult moments along the way. Today, I’m the founder of the Giggs Group, a coach and mentor to estate agents, and host of the Estate Agent Showdown podcast. But titles only tell part of the story. I believe in great conversations, real human stories and helping people turn knowledge into action. Whether I’m interviewing someone, mentoring an agent or sharing my own experiences, my purpose is simple: to help people grow while bringing more humanity into an increasingly artificial world.
