David Huxiley

Hi. I'm a Brazilian filmmaker and have spent most of my life working on films and documentaries - I'm literally on this business since i was a little kid (8 years old). I currently run a production company in the middle of the Amazon jungle and spend all my days making videos. In the past 12 months alone, I’ve raised over 100K USD in funding for my independent film projects. On this channel, I break down the craft of producing, directing, editing, and filming—drawing from iconic films and my own productions. I chase those “illumination” moments—when you uncover a hidden truth in a scene, a shot, a story. I also explore the business side of filmmaking, showing how I turn passion projects into a sustainable living. Content has the power to change lives, build consciousness and self awareness, and that's the banner i raise - the word I preach. Content illuminates people. If you're looking to find your cinematic voice—and earn money with your films—you’ll feel right at home here.
