Review commentary editing portfolios
Look for edits that keep the spoken argument easy to follow while using supporting footage without distracting from the narration. Compare examples relevant to gaming rather than judging a candidate from a single highlight reel.
Prepare a full-time editing brief
Describe your gaming audience, the footage available, the intended video length and the publishing schedule. Share reference videos that show the commentary approach you want. Agree deliverables, revision rounds and turnaround before starting.
Confirm the los angeles working arrangement
Ask about availability, communication hours and how footage and drafts will be shared and reviewed. Rates are agreed directly with the editor.
