Review challenge editing portfolios
Review the setup, progress and outcome of the challenge, including how stakes and important decisions are communicated. Compare examples relevant to sports rather than judging a candidate from a single highlight reel.
Prepare a full-time editing brief
Describe your sports audience, the footage available, the intended video length and the publishing schedule. Share reference videos that show the challenge approach you want. Agree deliverables, revision rounds and turnaround before starting.
Confirm the los angeles working arrangement
Ask about availability, communication hours and how footage and drafts will be shared and reviewed. Rates are agreed directly with the editor.
