I started in a YouTube agency a few years ago as a video editor. Back then, I was mostly focused on learning how content works, storytelling, pacing, and what keeps people watching. After working on more channels, I naturally moved closer to the strategy side. I got more involved in ideas, titles, and especially thumbnails, basically everything that happens before a video is even clicked. Since 2023, I’ve been working more on the strategic side across different channels and clients. Most of my work now is with founders and teams, helping them improve content direction and make sure the packaging is strong enough for the video to perform. Right now, I’m mainly focused on YouTube strategy and thumbnail direction, making sure ideas are clear, clickable, and actually stand out in a crowded feed
