About I'm Ali, a YouTube video editor and thumbnail designer with 7+ years of experience working with creators, educators, founders, and SaaS teams. I edit talking-head videos, educational explainers, software reviews, tutorials, product demos, interviews, podcasts, and Shorts.
At Memberstack, I manage the content production process: editing YouTube videos, designing thumbnails, creating motion graphics for feature launches, repurposing recordings into short-form clips, designing social graphics, and distributing content across platforms. I've also worked with Ship Studio, How Communication Works, Sustainable Jungle, and Motivation Mentors.
My editing focuses on clear structure, natural pacing, clean dialogue, and visuals that help viewers understand the subject. Depending on the project, that includes B-roll, captions, screen recordings, animated callouts, sound design, and custom motion graphics.
I work in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. I also build custom software, including SmoothyEdit, and use AI to automate repetitive production tasks. I personally handle the creative decisions, review, and final polish.
I work on individual videos and ongoing content production, including thumbnails, clips, and publishing preparation.
