I am a well-experienced thumbnail designer and I am also willing to learn to be able to help you in designing thumbnails. I understand the psychology of using colors in each thumbnail for they help in getting attention to the viewer's eyes. In my experience, clients usually want to change the color of their shirts to bright colors, in order to show contrast. I can also help share ideas regarding the designs and creativity of thumbnails that get high CTR.
