About
Hi! I'm Nathanael, and I'm a freelance filmmaker based in Medford Oregon, and a graduate of the Digital Cinema program at Southern Oregon University. My experience in work ranges from videography and editing for weddings, real estate, businesses, schools, churches, and stage play recordings, and as working as a cameraman for Pro West Productions, a rodeo broadcast company. While I am part of commercial shoots off and on, such as for Harry and David, my main love is for narrative film, both in camera and lighting. When I'm not the director of photography, I'm helping my fellow DP lighting a scene and finessing the lights, which I've done on several short films, as well as in camera and lighting for TV, documentary, and a couple feature films. At heart I'm a storyteller, and I want to be able to tell those stories in the most visually striking way as possible.
