Hi I'm Garrison! Directing and video editing are strong passions and loves of mine that I have honed and built for more than a decade. I have been editing since I was in middle school, starting with iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and Sony Vegas Pro. Throughout my experience at UCLA, I have graduated to programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, while expanding my skillset in Final Cut Pro. My expertise includes integrating graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, my background in music production with Ableton and Logic Pro has added to my intuitive rhythmic timing and ability to create an emotional aesthetic, whether with humor, suspense, sentimentality, urgency, and more.
