History Buffs
Historical reviewI’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelli Beard on my YouTube channel History Buffs. When I was recruiting writers, what stood out to me most about Kelli’s writing sample during auditions was that she not only knew how to tell a good story but she also could present complex history in layman’s terms. She’s not only a great writer, but she takes initiative, and above all; a team player.

I'm a writer and editor with 10 years of experience as a high school history teacher, which means I know how to tell a good story and make it accessible to a wide audience. I specialize in history scripts and films, but I'm also a lifelong gamer. I've been writing and editing scripts professionally since 2022 - both for YouTube and podcasts. I also have a Master's in Global and Comparative History from Rutgers University.
