Tom is awesome. He is incredibly dependable and it didn't take him long to pick up on my style and start knocking his edits out of the park. Every time I send him an edit, I feel safe that it will result in something really powerful and aligned with my vision. What I also really value in Tom is his confidence and ability to expand beyond my vision with his own unique taste and creativity.
