About Hi, I’m Savanna, a YouTube Thumbnail Designer specializing in high-impact visual packaging for creators, media companies, and YouTube-first brands.
I combine design, audience psychology, and YouTube analytics to create thumbnails that do more than look good. Every thumbnail is designed to earn attention, create curiosity, communicate the story instantly, and fit the audience it is made for.
Over the years, I’ve worked with creators and media companies reaching hundreds of millions of viewers, designing thumbnails across travel, IRL, entertainment, lifestyle, and documentary-style content. My work has also helped breathe new life into existing videos, including redesigns that took older content from around 10K views to 700K+ views.
My approach is highly tailored. Rather than applying the same formula to every channel, I study the creator’s content, audience, existing packaging, and competitive landscape before developing a visual direction. The goal is to create thumbnails that feel unmistakably right for the channel while giving each video the strongest possible reason to be clicked.
With years of experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, and photo manipulation, I can take an idea from rough concept to polished final thumbnail, including compositing, lighting, color, typography, retouching, and visual storytelling.
