I’ve been working with YouTube for about 5 years, mostly through building my own channels and learning what actually keeps people watching. I’ve also worked with a US-based YouTube channel, helping with editing and content direction. That experience showed me how small decisions in structure, pacing, and hooks can change a video’s performance.
