Head of YouTube Pre-Production | Satvic Movement YouTube isn’t just my job, it’s what I think about at 2am, & genuinely believe has the power to change how millions of people live. At Satvic Movement, one of India’s largest health channels with 8M+ subscribers, I get to turn that obsession into reality every single day. I lead the entire pre-production, from the first spark of an idea to the moment a video is ready to shoot. I manage a team of 4 creative ideators, running trainings and pushing them to go deeper than surface-level thinking. Having done this work myself before stepping into leadership, I know what works best, and I hold the bar there. Every idea goes through me. I evaluate, refine, or greenlight, only what can genuinely move people. I finalise packaging, build structures designed to hold attention from the first second to the last, and script content that is medically accurate and resonant. The hooks, analogies, emotional arcs, all built with intention, because people’s health and their trust is at stake. I coordinate across 3 post-production teams, a design team, and a production team, preparing detailed shoot decks and creative briefs that leave nothing to chance. Videos I’ve developed have crossed 5M views in long-form and 40M+ on individual Shorts. But what drives me isn’t the numbers. It’s the comment “this video helped me heal.” That’s the standard, and the reason I show up with my whole heart.
