I’m Ian, a filmmaker, video editor, and creative operator who’s been building in this space since I was 17. I run 365 Creative Co., a content and marketing studio based in Oregon, where I lead production for brands, founders, nonprofits, and creators. I’ve worked both independently and as a contracted videographer for larger agencies, traveling nationwide and creating content with high-profile athletes, teams, and brands, while also staying deeply rooted in local and regional storytelling. My strengths sit at the intersection of story, systems, and execution. I don’t just shoot pretty footage, I think in terms of narrative, audience retention, platforms, and scalability. I’m comfortable owning projects end-to-end: concept, production, editing, delivery, and iteration. Over time, my work has expanded beyond filming into building repeatable content pipelines, editing workflows, and creative strategies that actually perform. I’ve led multi-camera productions, long-form documentaries, short-form social content, and ongoing content systems for businesses and creators. I’m especially interested in roles or collaborations where I can: Create high-quality, story-driven video at scale Help refine creative direction and content systems Work closely with founders or teams building something meaningful If you’re looking for someone who’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure ,but still deeply creative, that’s where I do my best work.
