He started his career as an editor and quickly became known for his strong sense of rhythm, emotion, and narrative structure. Sammy worked on some of Belgium’s most successful TV programs, including Reizen Waes, Down the Road, Wauters vs. Waes, Tomtesterom, The Bachelorette, Blind Getrouwd, Panorama, documentaries, and true-crime series. His editing style combines technical precision with creative intuition, bringing raw footage to life in a way that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish. Over the years, Sammy grew from editor to creative director, guiding teams, shaping formats, and developing new concepts for major broadcasters. He has received several industry awards, including Vlaamse Televisiester, a Gouden Roos, and a Promax Europe Award. Sammy continues to work as an editor, creative consultant, and trainer, driven by a passion for crafting stories that inspire and connect audiences.
