Source reviewIve worked with Hisham for a few years now, to handle the thumbnails on my own channel as well as clients. His work has been great, from the design work itself, to his communication and work ethic when there is a tight deadline. Would highly recommend working with Hisham.

About
YOUTUBE PACKAGING BUILT TO EARN MORE CLICKS I’m a YouTube Packaging Strategist and Thumbnail Designer with 15+ years in design and marketing, including 9+ years specialising in YouTube. Across 4,000+ thumbnails, I’ve helped creators and media brands turn complex video ideas into compelling reasons to click. My work spans finance, education, business and documentary content, with thumbnails reaching 10–13% CTR and channels growing beyond 100,000 subscribers. In 2025, I became one of four creatives inducted into the YTJobs Hall of Fame among 71,000+ members. I don’t wait for a finished brief and make it look good. I study the topic, audience and competitive landscape, identify the strongest viewer angle, and shape the title and thumbnail as one connected package. That can mean strengthening the original idea, finding a better one, or challenging the direction entirely when the video deserves more. After publishing, I look at what actually happened. Testing, CTR and audience response become inputs for the next decision, helping the channel build on evidence rather than personal taste. I also help channels develop recognisable visual systems, so new concepts can feel fresh without making the channel look different every time it uploads. If you’re building something exciting and want a creative partner who will care about the channel, contribute beyond execution and give every video the packaging it deserves, let’s talk.
