We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a sense of storytelling, and the ability to produce engaging content tailored for YouTube. You will be responsible for editing raw footage into high-quality videos that match our brand style and keep viewers engaged. Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging YouTube videos. Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound effects as needed. Optimize videos for audience retention and YouTube algorithms (hooks, pacing, etc.). Collaborate with content creators/teams to understand vision and style. Maintain consistent branding, style, and quality across all videos. Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or channel links preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Strong understanding of YouTube editing style, pacing, and audience engagement. Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality videos consistently. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred: Knowledge of motion graphics, thumbnail design, and YouTube SEO basics. Familiarity with short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
