Fletcher Dsouza

Fletcher is a quick learner. Within just a few months I've seen him grind out and go from barely understanding how to edit, to delivering edited content better than 99% of other editors I've hired. At this point, I'm confident Fletcher can edit videos for ANY NICHE due to the deep understanding he has developed of storytelling, pacing and human psychology in general. He doesn't need instructions
