Maya Lewitt

Hello, my name is Maya (they/them) and I’m based in Hollywood, CA. I started video editing in 8th grade with our school's morning announcement video. they included news from the school and skits put on by the students. From day one I've been using Premiere Pro and have gotten very comfortable with it. in the past few years, I've worked as a photographer and videographer for a summer camp based out of San Diego. I documented the summers through photos and making session recap videos (Which you can see I linked on my profile). I'm newer to the field of editing specifically YouTube videos. I have been an avid YouTube watcher for the last 10 years. YouTube is my primary platform for consuming video-based content, I don't watch TV for me it's just YouTube. Some of my favorite Youtubers are Dan and Phil, Smosh, Trixie Mattel, Safiya Nygaard, MatPat, and the TryGuys.
