The thumbnail is the face of a video. Imagine your face competing with 10 other faces at the same time. What makes your face stand out? What makes it attractive? What makes it eye catching? Hi, i am Yash I've been designing Youtube Thumbnails for the last 3 years and have generated 700k+ clicks. I specialise in making documentary style thumbnails, commentry video thumbnails and infotainment style thumbnails. I prefer using Photoshop and Illustrator for making Thumbnails. At the end it's not about how asthetic looking the thumbnail is its about if it can stop you from scrolling or not.
