More than 700 localized channels on YouTube are under my charge nowadays: 123go, 5-Minute Crafts, La La Life, Cool Tool, Ha Hack, Bright Side, Slick Slime Sam, Picoletta, Purr-Purr, Avocado Couple, etc.  Before, I was in charge of the communication with different bloggers. My main specialization is the video analytics, Youtube strategies building, content and ideas creation and their distribution to several platforms. I had a project with Youtube video podcasts in the streams. On this channel I was like everyone in one person: producer (I've suggested and implemented the strategy goals, had the communications with bloggers, filmed the videos, edited them, made the thumbnails and the namings). Also, I was the tech lead and the stream host. I know how to make a stream, how to put it online. Fluent user of Xplit, OBS, Premiere Pro, Final Cut. During two years, the channel has grown significantly. I have huge experience in building strong media campaigns, making cross-platforms distribution. I make the channel reviews + consultations for the main Youtube bloggers in Russia. I run workshops for the creative teams, analyze their channels, suggest new strategies and approaches.  I've tested dozens of different AIs, and made a big research of the AI services implementation in the SMM work.   I have 8 years of YouTube experience, so this short letter will not be covering all of my achievements, for sure.  About the salary expectations, my rate per hour is 40 Eur.
