MadJack

Jack is a very work focused person. Tries to be as professional as possible and gets the job done. He works hard and fast, and he is an excellent video editor. There are times when he becomes stressed, and it can affect his work. But I know he is working on improving that. He needs to find a balance between work and his personal life as he can sometimes work too hard. But I respect the grind. <3

During his employment at Backseat Boys, Jack consistently demonstrated a high level of professional etiquette, the ability to work with given feedback, take criticisms and provide exemplary editing over the course of his employment at Backseat Boys. Jack's work is outstanding and met our vision for each project. Additionally he is simply a great guy to talk with and very personable.

Jack is incredibly cooperative when it comes to editing. I usually make high demands being a PNG animation styled channel, and despite the heavy asks Jack delivered every time. Excellent communication, excellent editing, and never failed to deliver what I wanted when I wanted. Not hiring Jack for a job is just dumb.
