Jackie is the most professional thumbnail designer I've ever worked with. She is incredibly skilled but at the same time has a magical ability to listen and translate your thoughts/wishes into ideas and thumbnail prototypes. And she does all of this while never missing a single deadline. This is clearly a result of experience from a career in engineering consulting, and it shows!

Jackie is not only a great thumbnail designer who can meet deadlines, but she also designed the look and logo for my channel. I needed these things done on a short timeframe and Jackie was able to listen to my ideas and turn them into concrete ideas. She knows how to treat clients well while being personable and professional at the same time. In my experience, this is very hard to do!
