Eeshitwa Singh Rawat

I'm a YouTube content strategist and creative operator with 4 years of hands-on experience turning channels into consistent, scalable growth engines. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, packaging, and production, I don't just recommend what should work, I build the systems that make it happen. At Krafted X, I owned strategy end to end for Saurabh Bothra's channel, taking it from 40,000 to 2.5 million subscribers in three years, with the final million coming in just 355 days. Along the way, I led a 15 person team, shipped over 700 videos, and helped generate 1 billion plus impressions and 150 million organic views. That role taught me how to run a full production engine, not just plan strategy on paper, but actually execute it at volume without losing quality. I also worked at Talking Heads, an agency producing content for high profile entrepreneurs including Daniel Priestley, Ryan Deiss, Chris Donnelly, and Vishen Lakhiani. As Head of Quality and Junior Strategist, I worked alongside the team ensuring every video, across multiple client channels, met a high bar before it went public. My core skills are channel strategy, packaging (titles and thumbnails), retention analysis, and production pipeline management, backed by daily use of tools like ClickUp and Frame.io. I move fast because my entire career has been built inside fast paced agency environments, and I bring that speed without cutting corners on quality.
