Hello! I'm Nick. I have a plethora of skills in the YouTube industry and have worked for one of the biggest brands in the space currently - TBNR. They have several channels and I spent most of my time working on 'BriannaPlayz'. Here is all of the roles I specialize in: Scraping: I’ve put together a large number of video ideas for TBNR to take through production. This includes scraping similar YouTube channels and elevating their ideas. Creative: I’ve written several creatives over the course of my relationship with TBNR. This includes scripting, writing the development functionalities, and sending it over to the appropriate department. Production: I’ve bug tested, setup, and directed videos I’ve written. I also have experience in building rapport with builders, developers, and modelers. Post-Production: I have experience in giving detailed notes to the editors making sure the content recorded is displayed accurately and the highest retention possible is met. Thumbnail: I have experience in giving accurate feedback to make a thumbnail as clickable as possible. This includes making tweaks to shadows, characters, and most importantly, color. Regression: I have experience in analyzing and documenting the retention and CTR graphs of YouTube videos. Community Management: I have experience in growing their Discord from 100,000 in August 2021 to 260,000 today with minimal to no help on the content creator's side.
