I'm a content strategist and creative director for YouTube and short-form video, based in Pune, India. Six years of that was as Short-Form Specialist at Brand Warikoo, where I owned strategy, scripting direction and retention. On the finance channel alone: 1,313 Shorts, 2 billion views, 85.1% average retention, 2.2M subscribers gained. Across all the work, 5B+ views shipped. My focus isn't the edit, it's the outcome: retention, AVD, subscriber growth and reach. Most of what I do is diagnosis. I read an existing catalogue against hook strength, retention shape and format performance, then rebuild the editorial system around what the data says is working. I work with creators and founder-led brands, one to two new retainers a quarter.
