Fergus

Hi everybody ! My name is Fergus Lacey and like you I run a YouTube channel ! I started mine a little over two years ago creating and uploading story based videos for kids. I began by simply filming myself and adding the odd sound effect here and there and over time my videos have evolved to full blown animations and green screen productions. I have discovered on this journey that I love editing. I got obsessed with enhancing my videos through sound effects, titles, transitions, carefully chosen music, keyframes , animations, thumbnails and creating a story with each video I produce. I have learned so much in this time and still invest a lot of free time in improving my skill set and watching other channels to see how they edit their content, watching out for useful aspects to include in my own practice. By trade I am a primary school teacher of 17 years. 17 years is a long time to spend doing the same job and I have decided to transition out and to focus on what I really love to do which is edit videos. When you work with me you will find an editor who is interested in you , interested in your ideas and interested in your channel. I get it , I have my own channel, each one of my videos was my baby before I released it into the world. I understand how important these videos are to the creator, how much they matter and you will find me as passionate about getting your video right as you are. If it matters to you it matters to me and I have the skill set to deliver your vision.
