Christopher Cammarano

Ciao, I’m a YouTube strategist working closely with creators to improve how their videos perform from idea to upload. My work focuses on three main areas: idea validation, packaging, and retention. I help creators identify strong angles, refine titles and thumbnails, and structure videos in a way that keeps people watching. I’m usually involved early in the process, shaping concepts before they’re produced, but I also review scripts and edits to improve clarity, pacing, and overall performance. Over the past years I’ve worked with creators and teams on long form, story driven content, supporting consistent upload schedules and helping refine formats, positioning, and creative direction. My approach combines audience psychology, platform understanding, and performance data like CTR and retention to guide decisions, not just report on them. I don’t see YouTube as a series of isolated videos, but as a system. My goal is to help build repeatable processes that make content stronger over time, not just improve single uploads. I’m comfortable collaborating with editors, designers, and creators, giving clear and actionable feedback while keeping the workflow simple and focused. I enjoy working on content where storytelling and structure really matter, and where small changes in framing or pacing can make a big difference in performance.
