Howdy! My name is Mollie, and I've been a professional video editor for 10+ years. I have over a decade of experience with Davinci Resolve, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Affinity by Serif, and I've had the opportunity to work on feature films (narrative and doc), commercials, training videos, and even an interactive film. My career in film started with a passion for screenwriting and storytelling, and today I'm privileged to also get to mentor the next generation of young writers as a story editor for The Author Conservatory. My background as a published author and screenwriter informs my approach to video editing through a story-first approach to finding and assembling a narrative arc through the cut.
