Very considerate and clear communication. Even with last minute projects he excels in them. He works fast and very adaptable to things I'd like to do. I'm happy to have worked with him and being able to continue to work with him. It feels nice working with someone that sees the value of my work and is working hard make sure I can succeed for others to see it as well.
