Andrea Pientka

YouTube Video Editor & Growth Strategist | Specializing in Long-Form + Shorts | Obsessed with Storytelling, Retention, Clarity & Authenticity ✨ Bilingual: Fluent in English (based in Scotland, UK) & German 👁️ With a background in journalism and digital content creation, I specialise in long-form educational YouTube videos, shorts, and reels that don’t just look good—but perform. Since November 2024, I’ve helped the finance channel GeldMehrWert grow from 6.5k to 14.5k+ subscribers, significantly increasing views, watch time, likes, and overall engagement. 💡 I think like a strategist, not just an editor. 📈 I track results through retention data & viewer feedback. 🧠 I collaborate on scripts, intros, titles & thumbnails (A/B tested). ✨ I strive to make every video better than the last—and I love feedback. Looking to collaborate with: Educators, thought leaders, changemakers & conscious brands who want to grow an audience by delivering real value.
