Experienced I’ve been working with the military as a public affairs specialist for seven years. The skills I’ve developed through my career include videography, photography, script writing, storytelling, motion graphics and thumbnail design. I had the opportunity to work at NATO for three years which is when my skills really started to grow. During my time there, I covered events, collected b-roll from other agencies and created a video for our sites, documented exercises and operations and worked on international teams. Motivated I enjoy content creation in all forms, I’m looking for work outside my normal job to practice different techniques and grow in my field. If you tell me what you need, I can take the idea and run with it to create a product you and your followers will enjoy. I anticipate constructive criticism and will use it to better understand the the requirements necessary to be successful on a project. Efficient Having experience in the military has taught me to work quickly and professionally. In the past, I’ve been asked to create videos with limited information and short deadlines. I can successfully research and create products in a timely manner when needed. Team-Oriented During exercises and operations, I’ve worked in teams to execute projects on short noticed with different cameras and external audio sources. Together we’ve brainstormed, planned and executed products that highlighted the mission and engaged the audience.
