About
Most of the video editing I've done is in commentary format and in shorter song edits. These "song edits" are quite popular in the anime community, and that community is the genre I like to make my content on. I don't know what "song edits" are properly called, but they are all over Tik Tok and sometimes You Tube. I also write my own scripts and record my voice. My primary focus in writing scripts is to keep pace very fast. I try to keep videos fast by using transitions, sound effects, and complex texts. My style is different than everyone else's so I can obviously change it if needed. I think humor is a huge part of success in You Tube videos so I try to make as many jokes as possible. Most of them are rather choice so I’ll tone it back if needed. I can also do short form content. I post my “song edits” onto Tik Tok after I’ve uploaded my youtube videos. The software I use for Editing is Wondershare Filmora. I’ve heard that other editors like using Davinci Resolve, but I don’t think it really matters in revision. My channel is still small with only (roughly 500) subs, but Most of the time people say that my videos are at the level of a channel that has 100k or more subs, and I think that is mainly just because I am a newer creator. I’ve only been uploading consistently for about 5 months, so I feel like if I continue to get better I will reach a point where I’m so good people can’t ignore me anymore.
