I’m a creative operator working at the intersection of content, performance, and systems. I started in YouTube editing, but quickly moved beyond execution into understanding what actually drives results: retention, engagement, and viewer behavior. Over time, I evolved into leading end-to-end content production, working closely with creators to design, test, and scale content strategies that perform. Today, I manage content pipelines from ideation to delivery. I've been building teams, developing workflows, analyzing performance, and ensuring every piece of content meets both creative and strategic standards. My work combines creative direction with data-driven decision-making, allowing ideas to not only look good, but deliver measurable impact.
