My name is Begüm Yılmaz. I graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Biology. While I initially pursued a career in microbiology, my passion for creative work led me to shift my focus to social media and video content editing. For the past 1.5 years, I have been actively working in social media content creation and video editing. I am proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, with a particular expertise in creating dynamic, engaging, and visually captivating short-form videos. During my freelance journey, I worked on editing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content for influencer collaborations with renowned brands such as Nars, Bvlgari, IKEA, and Bottega Veneta. These experiences allowed me to hone my creative skills and adapt to diverse brand identities. Additionally, I have supported influencer marketing events with on-site responsibilities. My goal as a video editor is to craft compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with audiences.
