About
My name is Zoë Dangar, and I am a graduate of The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Media and a focus in Postproduction. My career goal is to be an editor and colorist. As a young girl, I loved editing trailers on iMovie. I would write, direct, shoot, and edit short films starring my family members. At the time, I didn’t realize my passion for stories and creating them would eventually lead to my career ambitions. As a teenager, I began acting professionally and gained insight into what happens behind the camera. Being on set introduced me to the variety of roles essential to storytelling and solidified my desire for a creative career. I sought opportunities to work on set and learn as much as possible about all aspects of TV and film production. My experiences taught me that with postproduction, creativity is limitless. Editing and finishing elevate storytelling, adding beauty and emotional depth. I realized my childhood dream of editing movies for the big screen is now an attainable goal. I have gained experience through student films and professional short film projects in various roles. I value creative collaboration, am highly detail-oriented, and am eager to continue learning about postproduction and visual effects. I would love the opportunity to contribute to your channel and bring my skills to new projects. Thank you for your time and consideration!
