Over the past 2 years, I’ve built and grown YouTube channels that generated over 100M views combined. Currently, I work as a YouTube Channel Manager for 8 movie-focused channels, handling content strategy, SEO, thumbnails, analytics, publishing, and channel optimization. I also run my own football channel “Czar Futbolu”, which has reached nearly 30M long-form views. My main focus is understanding what makes people click, stay engaged, and keep watching through better storytelling, packaging, CTR, and retention.
