I’m Liza Ashley, a Los Angeles-based YouTube Producer with a background in film, games, and digital media, plus a legal degree for good measure. I’ve led production for channels with millions of views, managed creative teams across time zones, and helped bring projects from early concept to final delivery. Whether it’s building a YouTube strategy, running post-production, or helping creators stay focused on the story, I make the process smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable. Over the past decade I’ve worked with companies like Ubisoft, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and Viacom (MTV, BET, Paramount Network, VH1), as well as independent creators like Jaime French. I’ve built content pipelines, post-production systems, and team structures that keep projects on track and stories compelling. My approach is laid-back but professional. I like to keep the work collaborative and stress-free while keeping the creative bar high. I’m based in LA but work with teams all over the world. I’m interested in any project with a good story to tell and a team that cares about telling it well.
