I have taken the Black Magic free video editing course recently and have also taken a Content Creator Course on filmmaking. I am considering taking video editing in college to upgrade my skills. I take as many courses and masterclasses on video content creation (specifically YouTube) as I can. I regularly am on forums (i.e. Discord & Skool) learning as much as I can from the community as well. You can say I am eager to learn, and am so open to critique (I.e. I have no ego at 48 years old as I have been through life and know I can only learn more when I am a willing student), and best of all I do not need to "unlearn" and bad habits or dated info. Yes, I am older, but I have many years ahead, and want to transition out of my 3-decade finance career and start doing creative things I love. I have worked with DaVinci Resolve (free version), HitFilm Express and Adobe.
