Rikard Tholen

I work as a Thumbnail designer and video editor for some of the biggest channels on YouTube such as Lankybox,Thinknoodles, RoomieOfficial, Bobby Duke Arts, and Premiere Gal. I'm obsessed with the psychology behind what makes someone notice and click on a thumbnail vs someone who just scrolls past it. Highest CTR 18.7% // AVG CTR 9%-12%
