Retained source review
In many ways I’ve been focused on creating content since my adolescence. I received a suitcase-sized camcorder for by 12th birthday(1996) and have been in love with photography and the process of editing ever since. At the time I would film my friends and I pretending to be professional wrestlers, and actually had the dream(though short-lived) of wrestling one day myself. I’ve owned ever new model/format of camcorder since that day —from VHS to hi-8 to mini dv… I was always curious about what I could do given different tools. I got married at the young age of 18 and had my first of three daughters. They’re everything to me, and truly the reason for my continued happiness in life. I try my best to parent them with the same kind of love and integrity I would bring to any position. I turned my attention creatively to a passion project centered around living with epilepsy; kind of an abstract exploration into my own experiences. It evolved my style and gave me the confidence needed to take risks. Over the past 8 months I’ve put a tremendous amount of effort into creating my own YouTube channel (@sequelibrium) dedicated to movie reviews and it’s completely different from anything else I’ve ever done. It’s using everything YouTube has to offer and keeping an eye on analytics while maintaining the integrity of the channel and having fun. My retention is over 70% and I look forward to utilizing the things I’ve learned to better help your needs as a YouTuber.
