I’m a Media Studies graduate and content writer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital content, social media and marketing communications, with a growing focus on scriptwriting for advertisements, short-form videos and social media content. My strengths lie in developing content concepts, writing scripts, creating hooks and structuring stories that are clear, engaging and suited to specific audiences and platforms. I’m comfortable writing for different content formats, from short-form social media videos and promotional content to SEO articles, captions and marketing copy. My background in digital marketing also allows me to approach scriptwriting beyond just the words. I consider the target audience, platform, content objective, messaging, CTA and overall campaign direction when developing a script. I have experience working with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads, alongside tools such as Canva, CapCut and Buffer. One of my key experiences was working as a Script Supervisor for a UM x Artisense short drama, where I developed a stronger understanding of storytelling, script continuity, scene structure and attention to detail. Alongside this, I’ve worked on digital campaigns, creator collaborations, SEO content and social media projects, giving me practical exposure to how content moves from an idea into execution.
