Hey my name is Damian! I am a 26 year old designer and YouTube strategist based in Utah. I've talked at VidCon and Vidsummit as well as attended multiple universities to chat about content creation. I am currently an owner of the creator based studio Dava that works with hundreds of creators. My thumbnails and strategy has generated over 3,000,000,000 views. I specialize in thumbnail design, strategy, ideation, channel management, and concepting. Our studio also handles the entire editing process for long and short form. I have a big team of designers, editors, and strategists that continuously staysup to date with the YouTube space and with marketing/advertising philosophies. We're looking for more creators to help grow and improve their content!
